Growing up in South Carolina’s Lowcountry, I attended local schools and completed my education with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Citadel in 1993. Following a college internship, I spent a decade working in state law enforcement as a Probation and Parole Agent, and in contracted Federal community corrections in the Charleston area.
Transitioning from that field in 2003, I moved into outside sales and ultimately customer service management. I joined SC Farm Bureau as an Agent in 2018.
When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my bride. I am an avid outdoorsman, competitive freshwater angler, published outdoor writer, and conservationist.
