About Us

Dorchester Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that partners with
individuals and families living and/or working in Dorchester County to build affordable
permanent homes. Individuals and families must qualify for the Homeownership Program, complete the financial and sweat-equity requirements, and purchase their Habitat home.
New homeowners pay an affordable 30 year, no interest mortgage back to Dorchester
Habitat for Humanity.
